A new study by THCA flower website Indacloud has named the UK the cheapest country in the world for vaping, with a cost of $20.37 for a vape and liquid refill.
The research analyzed vape prices across the world’s most populous countries to determine where vaping is most affordable. The UK emerged as the clear winner, with vape devices priced at an average of $14.80, and vape liquid at just $5.57.
Nigeria secured the second position with a total vaping cost of $22.21. Nigerian vapers benefit from the lowest liquid prices globally at just $3.30, though device costs are slightly higher at $18.92.
In Indonesia, which ranks third cheapest, vapers pay $12.03 for devices and $11.13 for liquid, bringing the total to $23.16.

Pakistan secures the eighth position with a total cost of $32.82. Here, vapers pay $25.15 for devices and $7.68 for liquid, making ongoing costs relatively manageable.
The Philippines ranks ninth with a total cost of $35.34, with devices averaging $26.51 and liquid at $8.83.
Mexico rounds out the top ten with a total cost of $36.42. Vapers face an unusual pricing structure where liquid ($21.12) costs significantly more than devices ($15.31).

The United States ranks 13th overall with a total vaping cost of $44.53. American vapers pay $34.09 for devices and $10.44 for liquid – more than double what UK vapers pay, primarily due to higher device costs.
Josh Bertini, CRO of Indacloud, commented on the findings:
“These price differences across countries are due to various regional factors, including taxes, import regulations, and local manufacturing capabilities. The UK has established itself as a vaping-friendly market with competitive pricing.
“The cost ratio between devices and liquid varies dramatically by country. In Mexico and South Africa, vapers actually pay more for liquid than for the device itself, while in Algeria and Argentina, the device represents the majority of the cost.
“For consumers looking to minimize their vaping expenses, these findings suggest that the initial device investment and ongoing liquid costs should be considered separately, as some countries offer better value on one component versus the other.”
