Add ice to a copa glass and pour in Cotswolds Dry Gin. Top up with premium tonic water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit juice and a bay leaf
Renais Gin
Renais Gin is founded by Alex Watson and his sister Emma. It is a grape spirit gin, inspired by childhood trips to Alex and Emma’s family vineyard, Domaine Watson, in Northern France which their father has operated for more than 30 years. Renais Gin is made from upcycled wine pressed grapes and infused with rare botanicals and local terroir including linden flowers, cubeb berries and acacia honey. The result is a modern gin with floral notes of violets and spring blossom. Best enjoyed sipped over ice as well as mixing in cocktails.

Renais Gin and Tonic
50ml Renais Gin | 100 ml Premium Tonic Water
Add ice to a wine glass and pour in Renais Gin and chilled tonic water. Give a gentle stir with a long spoon to incorporate ingredients but not to kill the bubbles. Garnish with a lemon twist.
